As of May 8th, Ken and crew are back in business. If you read in detail, he has terrible memory problems plaguing him.

I just can't wrap my mind the fact that they're going to try and continue on with this. I mean, the man is literally suffering from brain damage (and I'm not being funny folks, I mean let's face it, that's exactly what his ailment is) and they want to retrain him and open the store back up?

...perhaps it's time to just let it go. With the problems mounting as they are, he should be able to just live his life out without all of this crap on his shoulders.

Still, I wish him the best of luck. From all accounts, he was absolutely wonderful to deal with and a genuinely nice guy. A real shame. :(

But getting back into things might be good for him as he won't feel useless and he'll be putting his brain to work which might actually help his recovery.

For his sake, I hope you're right. I have heard of such cases in the past, but this seems to be a pretty stressful job, so I'm just not sure this is what he should be doing. I'm sure he'd be able to find something a little less demanding.

Still I wish them all the best.

an idle mind will deteriorate. an active mind is happy. Good luck to him.
