And Silverbolt went from a cliche hero who talked a lot to a cliche villain who talked a lot.
So, it's not a perfect 180. I mean, before recovering his memory, Tankor was the opposite of Rhinox, and Thrust was the opposite of Waspinator (except that he was still very loyal). I guess Jetstorm was the opposite of Silverbolt in the sense at least that Jetstorm was the -most- evil vehicon...
Anyway, assuming memory wipes etc.
Vehicon Primal => I could see Megatron making him a lot like Tankor, taking advantage of Primal's skills and suppressed aggression to make him into a flying berserker. I could also see him going through great pains to maintain Primal's intelligence, and simply reprogramming him to be unswervingly loyal to him. In this case, in the end, Primal would have wound up a lot like RID Scourge I think. He'd be brilliant, aggressive, and evil, but have this streak of appalling good in him that emerges at unexpected times. His aggression would probably eventually lead him to betray Megatron too.
Vehicon Cheetor => Quiet, loyal, and vicious. Megatron's hound.
Vehicon Black Arachnia => Presumably a weak, spineless plaything - it's the only way Megatron would feel safe keeping her around. Otherwise he'd probably just restore her Predacon shell-programming, but cut out all of her emotions, turning her into a veritable ice vixen. Top it off with a dash of deeply programmed loyalty to Megatron and you have it.
Vehicon Rattrap => Megatron kind of liked/respected Rattrap. I think he'd actually try to preserve as much of Rattrap's skills and personality as possible. With a memory wipe and purge of his moral center, Rattrap's services could probably be easily retained through promises of material comforts. He was never really ambitious - though he was highly autonomous he never wanted to lead anyone. I expect he'd just wind up being a hardcore mercenary, and the only one who could get away with mouthing off to Megatron at all.
Vehicon Tigatron => Think Hunter-Killer robot. Only thrives to hunt and kill his prey - which is how he's been programmed to perceive Maximals/Organic Life.
Vehicon Airrazor => Effeminate Jetstorm - loud, arrogant, aggressive. Only fights flying Maximals (everyone else is beneath her) and has a disturbing relationship with Vehicon Tigatron.
Vehicon Dinobot => Megatron's personal bodyguard. All personality, individuality, and almost all autonomy stripped away leaving a highly skilled drone.
Vehicon Depthcharge => Programmed to hate Maximals more than any Vehicon. Doesn't fight out of loyalty to Megatron, but b/c he's been convinced that the Maximals are a terrible abomination responsible for everything bad on Cybertron. Bring up the fact that they created Protoform X and you might not have to reprogram him...
I think you missunderstood me here. I'm going for a complete oppisite personality here not asking "How would Megatron reprogram them."
Silverbolt if you think about it, was allways saving everybody. He never tried to kill anyone and (as far as I remember) only fought in defence, he was never the first one to open fire at anyone. Jetstorm on the other hand was a vicious killer who was allways the first to attack and didn't really care one little bit if any of the other Vehicons were getting attacked. Jetstorm only cared about himself while Silverbolt put everyone elses needs before his own.
As far as being the same both Silverbolt and Jetstorm fly and have really lame one liners.
Waspinator I absolutly hated all through BW as a character, as comic relief I loved him every time he blew up.

Thrust's character I loved and he went from a flyer to a ground vehicle.
As far as being the same, Thrust does have wasp stripes painted on him and allthough he is stronger he's still the weakest of all the Predacons/Vehicons.
Rhinox is the Transformer equilvilant of Albert Instine (spelling) while Tankor is more like a school bully who was held back 6 years in kindergarden.
Both Rhinox and Tankor are verry huge and strong allthough Rhinox hardly ever used his brawn. I think that's all Megatron wanted was his brawn and no brains.
So basically all their physical and power traits remained the same but their personality traits were total flip flops.
