Transformer sprite/icon generator?

There are a few out there, but I can't find them again.
I used to have them bookmarked on the PC at my dad's place.
But they got deleted by accident.
Does anyone know any, or have links to them?

I don't want to have to rearrange bits and pieces from the different wonderful icons made by Nick.
That's one of them, but I was kind of looking for the other one we found long ago lol
