Actually he completely supports it. He's been lobbying for it for a while now. And it was just Motormaster, not the complete Menasor.

If it is Transfan2 you are talking about, he is really kind, and would never begrudge the rest of us because he already has one. He'd be happy for us. And he does have more than just MM, but that is one he has. I don't think he has the complete G2 set, but maybe 3 pieces. MM, Breakdown, and another I think.

He and I e-mail at least once a month on our recent acquisitions.

I love those color schemes and would love to have the opportunity to purchase them for a reasonable price.

Yep that's who I was talking about. Very nice guy, and an ungodly huge collection. And you're right, he's still working on completing his G2 Menasor. That is not an envious task, but it would be so worth it to complete.

Wow. I'm glad he supports it. I remember looking at his gallery some time ago and just being in awe. That color scheme is out of control.

Personally, if I didn't just purchase a complete set of G1 Seacons I would have picked up an OTFCC set, too. But I completely support more G1 combiner reissues, and would definitely buy a Defensor and Menasor reissue in any color scheme.

Here's another vote for G2 color Menasor and Defensor! I just placed my order for the Seacons and Nightbeat, and I can't wait for them to arrive.
Also, any chance of seeing the Seekers reissued with a slightly different paint scheme ala Starscream's original classics release versus his upcoming classics reissue colors? My set is begging to be completed, and at the current prices, I'm having difficulty obliging.
Or, how about bringing over Wildrider or the fan project remolded Cliffjumper! Those would be wicked sweet. Especially Cliffjumper. Please. For the love of Primus.

I know, isn't that box amazing!

G2 sets? It is something we have thought of but that is as far as it has gone at this point...

There are, I believe, two complete sets out there and a few complete carded sets (minus Motormaster)...

They sound like a very highly desired ideas for sets around these parts.

I would think that with the Seacon set selling out, maybe the club will be encouraged that they could indeed see the G2 Defensor, and G2 Menasor made for sale through the club. :D

Or other G1 mold repaints perhaps?

If they released a Technobot set (in decent colors as opposed to the rainbow look of the Seacons) that would finally push me over the edge to joining the club just so I could get it. I loves me my Technobots and my attempts to collect the entire set to form Computron have hit a wall.

Pete, I know you guys have explained it before, but with this new release information for exclusive Henkei versions of Classics Dirge, and Thrust featuring remolded wings, what is the agreement that the club has on its exclusives, and whether or not Takara or HASBRO may release them? Thanks for reminding us.

I can't really go in to details, but it is clear that Hasbro respects what we are doing and wants to make sure that anything we produce remains special and retains its value. Ultimately, it is always Hasbro's call, but if you look at the Henkei versions, you see that ours are still different and the whole thing worked out to be a win for all of us.

Well Seibertronians, you've asked the questions and they've been answered. The Seibertron.com Official Transformers Club Q & A Thread is doing well, and we're waiting on your questions for the Club. Here's an example of what's been going on:

Q. Will their be more Shattered Glass figures in the future?

A. Maybe... And we are revisiting the timeline with the Prose story Dungeons and Dinobots due out this Fall

Q. How do you choose the paint scheme and details when you do an exclusive? Does Hasbro have a say?

A. Just depends on the theme of the set. Plus, you have to take into consideration the other characters in the set, you don't want 5 green autobots lol...

Q. I am curious about the decisions to limit figure production. For example: I tried to order the 2007 botcon set but it was already sold out. Now I am trying to collect all the seekers but they are way out of my price range. If the demand is there, why are the production runs of set or exclusives increased? Or, why are the figures not reissued, maybe as a "second printing" like books?

A. We upped production at the last second but were still short. We are only able to do one run though, so when they are gone, they are gone... Trust me, we wish we had made more!

Here you get your chance to ask that nagging question you've wanted to know without having to be a member! So what are you waiting for? Get on over to the Q & A Thread and ask away. And after you've done that, check out the Transformers Club and sign up for all the benefits and exclusives only Club members can get!

Again, special thanks to Pete Sinclair and the Transformers Club for making this possible.

No doubt you are, because of the 25th Anniv and all. I am however bummed. Can't go. Too far and the new son Jordan will not be old enough to travel then and his mom will not want me leaving our new family, nor do I feel that I should at that time.

Rant over. Hooray for everyone else. Non-attending package here I come.

Pete can I please have some hookups on add on toys though??? Please.... :D For my newborn (in May) son of course!

Pete, any comment you can give us about this...

"Far be it from me to wreck your all's ideas. I just know that this year's set is going to rule!"

Anything more you can hint at for us here???? Is this related to that movie painted BLUE EVAC that was rumored to be Wrecker's member WHIRL?
