Please help me with acivating characters from metroplex in a

Anyway i get to the part where you can activate transformers from metroplex and i cant figure it out. I have enough energon to do it. Wheni select activate blaster comes up i push the spot where he is and nothing. I dont know if im doing somthing wrong or if the game is flawed help would be awesome cause the game is cool and i want to play it. Thank you
