Club issue

I joined the club to get Astrotrain and Airazor, and got a membership with them. I go to log into the online site tonight and it says my membership has expired already.... which, it hasn't. Which is a pain because I have to get this sorted out before I can fax my Botcon info
Anyways, if anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear 'em. Though again, I'll call them in the morning anyhow.
