Interesting sweep clones and the first few pages look like they could've been taken straight from the Movie.

I think they are, in an "this-is-what-happened-when-we-weren't-looking" kinda way.

I like this a lot, the movie tie-in makes the comic a lot cooler.

Wouldn't be bad, but the "sweeps" look out of place...

That's a pretty cool ship name. Other than that, I'll buy the comic, and maybe a couple of the figures off the bay.

Loving the "flashback" aspect of this comic, and that Grimlock is willing to blowtorch Hot Rod to get the story told.

Is it me, or does Hot Rod look like he has been drawn like his Legends class version?

Yes, he was. I noticed that too.

The art is top notch but the flow of the story could've been a little better, seems to jump from one moment to the next.

But I do like it, just really really hard to top last years Shattered Glass story which was beyond awesome.

If a plushie Petro-rabbit isn't one of the souvenir exclusives, I will be severely disappointed.

Good to see that Universe Cyclonus is part of this story. The bad thing is he will probably not be part of the add on sets. I do hope we get a sweep clone as one of the bonus figures though.

Universe Cyclonus is available at retail. Why would they make it part of the add-on sets which are really expensive compared to $10 retail.

In the comic he looks to be about the same colors as the release, so there is not even need for a repaint for it.

That's why I said Universe Cyclonus. I was hoping that we would get a repaint of another fig into Cyclonus. It was a bit of sarcasm.
