Anyone here like them? As generic as they are musically, sooooo good. Oh man, I've been binging that Omega Supreme album all day.

WHat type of music are they? Rock, Metal, Emo, ect? Band style comparasons maybe?

If I remember right (and I very well might be wrong), aren't they a sorta screaming thrash metal outfit? I heard of them a while back (few years) through a friend who passed me a copy of the Omega Supreme album and thought I'd like it. I recall being amused by the TF references and samples, but that it just wasn't my kinda music.

They pretty much sound the same as most tough-guy hardcore / metalcore bands. Not sure if Im the only person on this board whose into that sorta music. (Well, I only listen to a select few bands like that, because it all sounds the same after awhile, but Shockwave is an exception because most of the songs have samples from the transformers series, etc.)

Not sure how familiar you are with their stuff, and Im pretty sure they're not around anymore, but you can still check them out on wwww.hxcmp3.com/shockwave or on myspace

Im sick of bands putting x's in front / behind their name. Im even edge and it annoys the fugg out of me.

I just watched Ultimate Doom on YouTube, they're ok, I am not one for screaming as I do not believe it is singing, but yeah, I didn't mind it. Scarey looking though.
