As someone new to Twitter I was wondering if there is a way to respond to the Tweets I get sent to my cell phone. I hit reply and my witty quip ends up being my new update.

As far as I'm aware, if you are replying to someone's Twitter comments (I refuse to call them tweets). You say @username: My response here.

Ah, thank you good sir. I guess it would be nice if Twitter could develop a mobile app like Facebook.
