What or who do you (humorously or seriously) think you'd be a lot better at
- being a (good or bad) Transformer Autobot or Decepticon (with name and
description) or a Star Trek captain and please say why.

bein a captain is WAAAAY too much pressure. hll if your not one of the big ones you probably dies in an invasion anyway.


i'd be a better robot anyway.

Space Captain cause I always wanted to explore new worlds and new civilizations.

As cool as being a robot would be, I value my filthy humanity, so I'd go for ST Captain. Though maybe I'd prefer Commander or Lieutenant Commander. I'd never be comfortable as the big cheese.

I'd be a Transformer robot. With my luck, I'd be one of the luckless sobs assimilated by the Borg or infected by a deadly unknown virus if I were a Captain.

that is a stupid question:

1. transformers are superior in every way.

2. can't you be both? How do we know that Cybertron doesn't exist in the Star Trek Universe?

I would like to be a Star Trek captain that has Headmaster technology to allow me to combine with my starship. Enterprise-T(ransformer).

By being a Transformer, I can generally live for an eternity -- providing that I remained highly maintained and don't get killed in a battle. But by being a Star Fleet captain, I get to command an entire starship and explore new worlds. Hmm...

I would have to choose being a Star Fleet Captain. Move over, Captain Picard.

But by being a Transformer that transforms into a starship and explore new worlds, AND you get the immortality!! Best of both worlds right there!

i would want to be a robot that is able of space flight, has a whole **** load of guns and can teleport. because i want to see new places when i wnat where i want with out being turned into scrap, i want to kill the star ship captains. robots superior humans inferior. and i want to fulfill my dream, destroy earth!!!!.

Transformer hands down. I'd have to have a cool alt mode though. And no sucky G1 Blurr voice. (Damn he is annoying)

I think Wreck-Gar is awesome. I think that Bay wanted to put the awesomeness that is Wreck-Gar into Bumblebee to make him a better char.

Definitely a transformer, specifically a Decepticon.

No competition, a robot. Captains are already mostly humans, and Im already a human and life sux as one. Robots crush the crap out of anything!

Can't see any advantage in being a starship captain unless the only Transformer option available was frontline cannonfodder.

Given some leeway, there's really no reason as a Transformer you couldn't be rebuilt into a starship mode of your choice. Run a Boltax-style drone as a humanoid 'captain' if you really feel you want to interact with humans at their own scale. Have it walk around your corridors, sit in your bridge, and beam down to chat with natives. If it gets trashed, slap a replacement together - or if you have replicator/transporter-buffer tech, just materialise a molecularly-perfect copy - or a slight variation, if you want to maintain the illusion of a 'new captain'.

In fact, if you can stash them in digital storage, you could have a whole bunch of assorted captain-drones for talking to different species. Travel the galaxy and be a local everywhere, while avoiding the problems of organically-short lifespans, mental deterioration, and physical decrepitude! (At least, for the first couple of million years, anyway.)

I would take Starfleet captain and go explore the galaxy. If I picked Transformer, I'd probably be one of the runabouts from Deep Space Nine.

Personally, I despise Star Trek. But thinking about the title of Captain by itself, it does sound enticing, but I still would prefer on being a Transformer. Preferably either Ironhide, Sideswipe, or Optimus.

I would probably be BLITZWING (sadly).... I have been described as a genius, an athlete and a total nutcase... but I would rather be Soundwave because He is jkust cool like that....
