We all know when Cobra Commander appeared as "Old Snake" in Transformers, but what about cameos of Transformers in other shows?
I was watching G.I.Joe Season 2 Ep. 18 "Brother's Keeper" and I saw Joe code name SciFi watching Transformers G1!

There has been a bunch of skits on Robot Chicken with Transformers. Optimus Prime was in an episode of Family Guy and Stewie had a Starscream figure once.

That's probable, Reboot had a lot of cameos. I've seen those little robot things dressed as Sailor Moon and KISS on it.

You forgot Soundwave and Megatron have allso been on Family Guy.
Optimus Prime is Jewish.
Soundwave has a human wife he met in a christan chat room.
And Megatron just randomly showed up to help Joe for some reason.

It may not count as a cameo, but TF toys were spot able in episodes of Fresh Prince of Bel Air and in that movie Flight Of The Navigator.
Oh, and don't forget the song We care a lot by Faith no more.

There was an episode of NCIS recently that used the name "Grimlock" and the phrase "more than meets the eye" within like 5 minutes of each other. More a reference than a cameo, but still cool.

Not exactly sure this counts, but the old Cartoon Network show Megas XLR had some baddies as spitting images of certain decepticons. You could really tell that was what they were going for.

That reminds me, there was a part in the chest of Megas that looked just like the Matrix.

Not really a cameo. But the film "The Matrix" apart from the name also took the look of the actual matrix with all it's green numbers and things from the 1986 movie when Megatron turns into Galvatron. It certainly looks that way.
