I have my Shockwave code ready but where do I put it in? I have snooped around and found no menu for it.

Shockwave is GameStop's exclusive, right?
Just go to "gamestop.com/code" and scroll down until you see the Transformers box. Once you select your version it should have some instructions.

Sign up if you haven't

enter the receipt code when prompted

write/print/memorize/carve the code you get online

enter that in on your 360/PS3/whathaveyou

Activision made this process unessecarily difficult in order to plague you with 'newsletters'.
