One of my newest favorite characters now is Rapido. I really like the idea of earth "born" bots and even better, different nationalities. I was also thinking about the TFCC announcement about Transtech Cheetor, which got me thinking. Who's the fastest bot/con out there now.

Rapido has now been enhanced by the Forestonite. Blurr is just naturally fast, and I can't imagine Transtech Cheetor being much of a slouch. So the bots seems to have some Bot mode speedsters among them now. But who's the fastest you think and are there any Cons that are speedsters as well. I mean their bot modes, because I'm sure a lot of the jets could just out fly the bots in alt mode.

So far, I still think it goes like this:
Blurr
Rapido
Transtech Cheetor

I think G1 Starscream and Cyclonus had a speed rank of 10.

(edit: Also Astrotrain and the Race Track patrol)

Skywarp did too, but his stats are F'd.

Only Decepticon with a 10+ speed?

Given all the trips back and forth between Earth and Cybertron, one would hope that Omega Supreme was the fastest.

Of course Skywarp and many others could teleport, but I guess that's cheating.

Blurr was named the Fastest car in a magazine, and TFA Blurr certainly put BB to shame.


But the fastest TF ever? Dead End.

He could go from zero to fatalistic in less than a tenth of a second.

windchargers bio says he's the fastest over short distances

cosmos had a speed of 10.

It's gotta be. The guy could probably hit 9th Gear.

Omega Supreme was so fast, he was already where he was heading by the time he got there.
