Remember all those product previews that had you scratching your head thinking, "I don't thing X-bot's knees are supposed to bend like that?"

I do! I haven't seen nearly as many as, say, 10 years ago, but every once in a while a couple of pics pop up where you can use your Transformination Insight to tell that the tank treads aren't connected right...or that SOMETHING'S not quite right.

So to the point: Do you A) Remember any particular preview folly that got you doin' a decepticon-chuckle, and B) Do you have any pics of your own unofficial alt modes you've "discovered" mid-transformation?

I've got a few examples I want to take some pics of, but most recently UnknownTrans4mingBot posted pics of ROTF MindWipe's Bat Mode: mindwipe-batmode-t66506.php

I got a mech warrior type chicken walker thing of that soundwave I posted as well as a vtol soundwave, anf a flying car mode of generations blurr pics soon

I don't have my Armada overload on me, but it has a pretty good looking mech suit mode, complete with opening cockpit!
I thought it up, so there's no pics. at least, none that I'm aware of...

Chicken legged mech actually reminds me of ED-209 from Robocop.

Boombox modes for cybertronian soundwave and 2-pack optimus

I know of a kinda easy mistransformation for Cybertron Ransack. All you need to do is to open and split his rear wheel halves and voila you've turned him into a 3-wheeled chopper/dragster motorcycle.

also if you only turn them so the teeth face behind him, and rotate the front wheel sideways, you end up with a wicked hoverbike

That flight mode remind a lot of the TDN Module, a time/dimensional travelling machine in the lego series known as Galidor.
