I have seen references to Shattered Glass.... an opposite world where the roles are reversed? I am interested in reading what all the fuss is about, but where is the material? Lemme know...

My guess is you will have to get a comic book rar program that allows you to read scanned comics in files called CBRs, most likely in torrents.

I don't think we can post those kinda links on here. But my best guess is to look on google for transformers shattered glass cbr. Look at tfwiki for reference of the issue you want. =3

Well I know it has to be out there somewhere if you look hard enough because I recently got the entire UK G1 marvel comics series. o.o Yet..I only wanted to read four issues from all 300 something. XD I figure if someone had all that on a torrent then they have to have shattered glass to you just have to type in the right words. =3

You need to work on your skills. Cause I know exactly where to find them.
They call me the Seeker. I've been searchin' low and high. I won't get to get what I'm after til the day I die.

They are out there, just a matter of looking hard enough. I managed to get them by accident when I downloaded a torrent-file of TF comics....Every one of them up to 09...Problem then being that the character personalities weren't fleshed out til the club fiction, which I do not have and is a bit harder to find on scan.

I say if there is an interest Hasbro or IDW should put the stuff out and make some money off of it....

Well as far as Hasbro is concerned, SG is a club concept and likely they have something in their agreement that the Club are the ones allowed to work with the concept. SG figures will never be Hasbro retail pieces.
As for IDW, they have no rights for Shattered Glass. The Club comics are produced thru Fun Publications (the company running the TF and GIJoe clubs for Hasbro) who have produced their own retail editions of their convention comics. giving IDW the right to produce their concepts (SG, Wings of Honor) is giving away cash as they could release them themselves.

What I am saying is I would pay money to see the entire series if it were available...digitally... as printed back issues maybe cost prohibitive... There appears to be a market for the material so it's disappointing that I can'r find the material... if there is no meia available is it morally wrong to "pirate" the media? I know it's a philosopical question I am just curious about what people think...

Except the media IS available to select people. Not widely available =!= not available. It's still morally wrong to pirate media if you're not one of the lucky and believing otherwise leads to the slippery slope that descends to the pit that is people who pirate simply because they don't wish(or wrongfully believe they are entitled) to spend the money for something.

I was raised in a consumer driven world. I have stated I am willing to pay... no one is making the material available in exchange for currency. I highly doubt the artists would not want their work to be seen... therefore give me an option where the artists creativity is admired, the artists can acquire some recognition, and I can consume the product... If SG was at the library and I read it without paying for it... that would not be immoral.... but downloading it is?!! Am taking someone's copy? No. Am I stealing it... once again...NO... It doesn't exist in a consumable form... So what would be wrong with downloading it?
Still just a philosophical discussion....
I am always the Devil's Advocate... get over it.

You don't get it, do you? The comics are available, but only to the paying (yes, paying) members of the Transformers Collectors' Club. It is a consumable good (as you're paying for the membership), but only for a limited target audience, namely those members. If you want to read those comics and do it legally and proper, you'll have to become a paying member. That's the deal.

Well, aside from the discount on toys, able to purchase Club exclusive toys like SG Cyclonus and the annual Freebie, you'll also get the magazine and access to exclusive content like text stories (yes, even SG) and Tech Specs. I think you can backorder some older issues, someone fill me in on that. It's an annual subscription that isn't renewed automatically, so after a year you have to renew it yourself.

JelZe, you can't fight the internet broseph. Who do you think scanned those comics and then uploaded them? Oh right, certainly not paying Club members. Also at one point I was a member of TFCC. But screw that overpriced Botcon Discount Club. You get a poopy newsletter 6 months out of the year that might as well be hand delivered to my garbage can, and 6 decent but short mini comics a year.
You also get a Net 0.5 forum that makes newsgroups still look cutting edge infested with fanboys, marks, and either God Tier Trolls or just God Tier retards.
Speaking from personal experience that club shafts it's members and offers toys that by all rights should have been Club Exclusives as Botcon exclusives. Case in point: Razorclaw and Elita-1. All you're left with that's of value is a "free" incentive toy. That is a $40 Deluxe, or $25ish in the Club Store. The club combiner was worth purchasing. This Elite Guard thing isn't right now. They picked the single worst Classics mold imaginable (one that made Peaugh rage so hard he took the video down) for an homage to Dion. And it still looks more like Elite Guard Wheelie than Dion. And yeah, I know that e-hobby turned a Wheelie toy into Dion.
As it stands the Club deserves to have people scan it's comics and put them up. $12 per issue of the mini comic (5 pages being the length of the comic inside that everyone buys them for) is more than excessive, it's highway robbery. The clincher that makes me want to pirate their ****? No matter how many times we asked or some of us begged they outright refused to do collected trade comics because there was "a lack of interest."
Do what you want, ‘cause a pirate is free, YOU ARE A PIRATE! Yar har, fiddle di dee, being a pirate is alright to be, do what you want ‘cause a pirate is free, You are a pirate!

Technically the parody comic "Shattered Expectations" that was released as an April Fool's joke. But it was so popular they ended up using characterization from it. Sadly they didn't keep the Yaniger style Geetoo artwork for the comic book for Botcon '08/Botcon '08. Which would be it's first official appearance.
