Im curious now. I went to this shop in town that is an auction/antique shop and Ive been going to this place for many years. Ive found some of my collection there and more to come (G1 piranacon complete, Octane, Stunticons, all 7 insecticons, various armada, cybertron and Beast machines) with more G2 coming. He says he got something from a woman who bought one of the Seiko autobot/decepticon watches for her son and of these 1000 were made and individually numbered. I saw it first hand and its the Autobot version (which instantly reminded me of shattered glass cause the Logo was metallic reddish purple). He had it in a small plain white box with "sample 1 of 25" written on it. opening that I found the silver metal tin with matching logo inside and in that was the watch on the cardboard cutout. What is really strange is when I flipped it over, on the back was "0000 out of 1000". apparently there were 25 samples made for executives and the original owner had called Hasbro and asked about it and its value, They told her approximatly $1500.00 and that they wanted it back.

now I dont really know what to say about this but I do have the opportunity to buy this item as it is being held for me. any insight would be appreciated
