FELLOW TRANSFORMER LOVERS! I NEED HELP!

Hey, everyone! I'm new to this site and I'm in desperate need of assistance! Okay, I'll be attending Botcon next year in California, but it is the first one I'll be going to. I'm super excited, but I'm going with someone who probably won't want to spend the money on one of the packages. Can somebody take me step by step on what I could do with just a general admission? Also, if you could also add how Botcon works, that would be wonderful! Please and thank you! Now, I got to roll on out of here to a wedding, thank you again! :BOT:

Hi there, and welcome!

I've never been to BotCon either, but I'm attending the 2011 event. Already have a hotel reservation and airfare! I'm very excited to go!

The brochure from last years BotCon is still online at BotCon.com, just click on the link titled "Check out Botcon 2010", then click on the information button on the top left side. It'll download a PDF of the brochure. Here what it says about general admission:

General admission is available on
both Saturday and Sunday. Costs:
$18/adults; Children $10 (4 &
under are free). Hours: Saturday,
10 am - 5 pm; Sunday, 9:30 am
- 3:30 pm. Early Bird admittance
is available on Saturday beginning
at 9 am. Cost is $50. Parking at
the Walt Disney World Dolphin
Resort lot is $5.

How much of that will remain the same - who knows? Probably the admission price and the hours won't change much. Hope this helps to give you an idea. I'm sure someone around here knows better than I on this subject.

Hope to see you there!

I had a lot of questions before I went to BotCon last year too, and between some members here and the FAQ page on the BotCon website, everything was answered quite well.

Read the FAQ page and feel free to post any questions you have from there...I am sure there will be quite a few people that can answer them for you! We's all nice around here!

Welcome to Seibertron.com, by the way! :D
