For Season 3/4 for the Rhino DVD's, Rodimus Prime is damaged and Autobot HQ is a mess. Does anyone know the reason for this?

There is no story reason since there's no story going on there.

No,no. Not an episode or story reason. It's the opening menu screen. He's been blasted up pretty badly and the base has sparks and damage everywhere. Season 3's menu is very similar except everything is pristine and looking fine. I just thought it was weird to use a beaten up Rodimus Prime for the menu as opposed to another character.

I knew what you were talking about...my question is what kind of an answer do you want.

A "in story" answer or a "real world" answer.

But theres really no stoiry answer.

Most likely the animators just thought it looked cool.

I have that set and wondered the same thing...
