Hello fellow Seibertronians,

I apologize if this belongs in another thread

I would like to ask a favor of all of you: Please watch and vote for my video "CFL: The Conversion Begins" below by going to http://youtube.com/TowerOfYouth and sending a message saying "I vote for CFL: The Conversion Begins" . It is my entry into the Environment category for a local film festival. My goal was to show both the advantages and unintended consequences of using fluorescent light bulbs.

Many of the elements of this video were heavily inspired and influenced by Transformers. If you'll notice, the leader Conservatron has Animated Megatron's color scheme, his legs, Cybertron Optimus Prime's upper body, and Unicron's arms. His lackey Starstorm is basically just like Starscream, and their spacecraft was inspired by the Nemesis.

Thanks! It took well over 100 hours total to do the artwork, animation, sounds, etc.

You're welcome. Must've been a lot of hard work, but it paid off. What software did you use to make all that? I have sony vegas. Can I make animations with sony vegas? I would assume you have to draw everything first and color them in. But did you do it by hand or directly on the computer with a mouse?
