Transformers has 3rd Faction?

As a brand that has influenced several generations, Transformers' making into MMO is just a matter of time. If the announcement of Transformers MMO isn't any surprise, I'm sure today Jagex's reveal will be a big bomb to you - the long-rumored 3rd faction and some gameplay details.
WTF?! Can you believe it?

Whew! Those were some pretty bad ads on that site, anyway, the third faction has no head on their robots, so that would mean one of two things:
A). They are simply drones and there is a higher race of existence controlling them. (I watch Syfy
.)
B). They are fighting a smaller organism that uses an outer shell for protection and fighting. (Again, Syfy.
.)
This rocks, not to mention the gameplay looks great, somewhat.

Pity it's not the Energon Terrorcons. I always loved the swarms of them in the comics and cartoons. Especially the Ravages and Divebombs. Be cool to see Scorponok or a Banzai-tron repaint of Divebomb lead them.

After watching some episodes from Tf Masterforce, I was thinking about how cool would it be to have an American G1 version of Ginrai. I had many ideas but then I remembered the MECH organization from TF Prime and all the push Hasbro is giving to the Human Alliance subline.
So, maybe the third faction will be composed of transforming robots piloted by humans... yes, that´s how I spent my weekend.

I'm going with Non-sentient, piloted mecha... (The images shown have no heads... first image appears to have an Asian character on the front of it (anyone translate?)... And the second one appears to have a cockpit at the end of its 'chest', which admittedly doesn't mean a lot, since *Every* Transformer basically had a cockpit/canopy...)

Hmmmmm....very intriguing! As one who's always looking for the side-stories, plot twist and sub-plots that could lead to "something else", this is news that has been in the making for a long time. Can't wait to to see this third faction!
