FreePay Utilising Transformers Fame?

On the ol' Myspace. Came across an ad featuring a slightly silhouetted Prime and Megatron (G1) on a vague image of Earth with a slightly-off TransFormers font reading 'Protect Or Destroy'. Prime's image is a piece of Dreamwave-style art, while Megatron is in his G1 Boxart form. Each flickers and light up blue when the mouse hovers over them.

What's odd is that it's blatantly not official, and when you click the link, there is no further reference to Transformers or the movie whatsoever. The characters are sufficiently dimmed, I guess, not to be recognisable, and are G1 because FreePay couldn't afford a proper promotion agreement with Paramount and co. I'm not totally up on my Copyright laws, but that's my take on it. Also, with Earth being clearly some blurred stock picture (as opposed to the one generated specifically for the movie) and with the font being ever-so-slightly off, it's pretty clear (to me) that this is a vague attempt at cashing in on the new movie's popularity.

Why is this important? It isn't. I just thought I'd waste a few minutes of your life :D Have a nice day!

FreePay just do silly too-good-to-be-true offers like "FREE* LAPTOP"

*requires joining at least three of FreePays associates which collectively make up the cost of the laptop.
