I bought generations scourge,thundercracker,warpath and wheeljack.My order came to 55.00 and something.They took that amount off my card.I noticed today it said partial ship and that scourge shipped 6/30 the rest are suppose to ship on 7/25.On my card today it shows that Hasbro just took 18.98 out.Are they going to charge again when the other three figures ship.

They probably will. Most places will only charge your card till the shipment gets shipped. So if you didn't get your whole order, then they shouldn't charge you the full amount. That's how I see it.
