Hot on the heels of the Seibertron.com Interview by CNN concerning the release of Shout! Factory's Japanese Collection - Headmasters, site owner Ryan Yzquierdo, aka Seibertron himself, was interviewed by Geek To Me's Elliott Serrano. Geek To Me is one of the pop-culture blogs of the Chicago Tribune's RedEye. The interview discusses Seibertron.com's successes, Ryan's collection, the long-awaited Headmasters release, and the live action film franchise.

G2M: Who is your favorite Transformer bot?
Ryan Yzquierdo: Soundwave without a doubt. There’s just something very awesome about him, despite the fact that he transforms into an outdated Walkman that plays cassette tapes. His toy is still my favorite after all of these years. He’s just a classic character and a classic toy. I think the fact that Hasbro has had such a difficult time updating Soundwave to modern times has helped maintain the appeal of this character to me.
