It's been months since Iv'e changed my avatar, and I want to change it. BAD. Problem is, even if I shrink the image to the specified size asked (Wich is redundantly small BTW) it still says the pic is too big! I CANT STAND IT! Iv'e also tried changing it under different formats, jpg, gif, etc. AND Iv'e also tried deleting my profile pic first, it still wont work! Iv'e tried doing it on 3 seperate computers, and still no luck! It's like I'm doing EVERYTHING RIGHT and it still won't accept it dammit! Please answer and help soon, before I pull my fracking feathers out!

You must not be getting the image at the required specifications, simple as that. Have you tried using an online image resizing tool? I used the following website for my avatar and it worked a treat after a bit of trial and error.

http://resize2mail.com/

Hope that helps!

The size of your avatar should not matter if you use an image hosting website, such as Photobucket. Plug your image into that engine and enter the URL into the Link off-site box. I don't even have to scale my avatar down to 100x100 size if I use the Link off-site box, as seen below.
