So let me get this right ?

Some kid gets to ride to school in a Camaro ??? Whats the big deal ??? Maybe a Bugatti or Lamborghini or even the Sideswipe prototype corvette would make the kid the talk of the school. But a Camaro like the ones I see at least 3 times a day driving to work ???

Thanks Captain Buzzkill.

If they use the DOTM BB, that's not out yet, unless u have a custom car. That kid will still be king at his school when Prime rolls up with $1000 worth of toys. That'd be the greatest day ever.

IF, you get a ride in the actual car from the movie then it might be cool. But if its just a standard yellow camaro with black stripes then it is kinda lame. My local high school must have about 10 in the parking lot with 3 or so being yellow with black stripes.
Now if they dropped the kids off in Prime, then there's something to be talked about!

I know this isn't the exact forum, don't know if there is one (mods please move if so), but i wanted to mention I got the t-shirt/kreon/coupon package today.

Kreon is Optimus, not surprisingly. Coupon is the same as the one that's been circulating in stores. The shirt is cool, I was fortunate to get the Adult medium tee. Fits me, but I'm afraid to wash it -fearing it might become too small. Came in a plastic bag/mailer. Would've been better if they used a box b/c the Kreon box was a little smooshed and my coupon was bent, esp. on the barcodes. Ah well, that's hasbro shipping for ya.

As a sidenote, I received the prototype armor Boba Fett today too. Must be Hasbro day. lol. The outer box's cardboard was thick, but not thick enough for the idiots and/or USPS who punctured the back. I'm praying the contents aren't damaged.

Remember the Transformers Dark of the Moon "Roll Out in Prime Style" campaign? The lucky fan who won the grand prize, a ride to school in Bumblebee and $1000.00 in Transformers toys, was Carriere, Mississippi's Elijah Britain. Since Elijah is home schooled Hasbro flew the Britain family to Hollywood for a Transformers dream trip. Elijah donated his prize pack to local charities to help the less fortunate. Congratulations Elijah!

So he ended up getting to ride in the actual movie cars. Thats awesome! Also props for the kid giving up his prize pack to charity. He's a bigger man than me cause i prorobaly wouldn't have been that generous!

Anyhow congrats to him and his family. many of us are 3 to 4 times his age and would kill to have the same experiance. Its good to know his family was very humble about the situation. Kudos to them!

Ok I'll be the asshole who says it. If Hasbro gave me $1000 worth of Dark Of The Moon toys I'd donate it too.

It was also kind hearted of the kid to donate these toys to kids who need them.

Think you had to be a kid to win anyway. What an awesome day that kid had. Congrats. And in good autobot fashion he donated his prize. Now many kids will have fun thanks to him. Bravo!

thnks for posting Duque. How many times have you seen/entered contests but never get to see or hear of the winner? A ton, so it's nice to see the winning contestant.
