I won and just received Ultra Magnus Masterpiece in the mail from an eBay user that smoked. Egh. I can get rid of the smell via dryer sheets but there are stains of yellow on various areas, the tips of the antenna, fingers and knuckles and a couple other areas. Does anyone have any ideas on how to rid the stains? I don't want to use bleach at any strength unless I have confirmation its safe to do without harming any of the paint or the figure itself. I've currently got it in its package with dryer sheets or I'd post photos to show the damage. I think its fixable but I don't know how to do it safely. The seller says I have three days to return it if I'm not happy with it. Google results suggest a vinegar or bleach soak, another says Oxyclean, one suggests the Mr Clean Magic Erasers, and just a simple dish detergent and water cleanse.

I've used Peroxide (at 6%) on my yellowed Getaway. It didn't harm the paint or the metal pins, and it whitened him up nicely.

My results weren't as extreme as other people who've used peroxide... Most say that it gets them bright, brilliant white. My toy was extremely yellow, though. He's a nice "piano-key" white now; any brighter and he'd look like a knock-off.
Perhaps the formula was more diluted than is typical.

Anyways, I'd give the peroxide thing a try. I had to leave Getaway in a jar for a week with the 6% stuff, so it's a fairly gentle, slow process I guess.
