BotCon Question.

This is my first year, and I was wondering, do they often have stuff for you to buy, like posters/pictures specifically for the guests to sign? I've only been to one other convention, and they had a bunch there you could buy. I was just wondering if I should print out my own posters/pics, or if you think they'd have some stuff of Armada Prime and Megs for Chalk and Kaye?

Well, the dealer room is loaded with stuff to buy. A few years back, I bought a Titanium Megatron (the little metal non-transformable metal figure) for David Kaye to sign. It cost me $5 and made for a nice display piece. There are plenty of options, though.

If you pre-registered for any packages, you'll be given a name badge. A lot of people just get their badges signed. Also, if you got a Primus package, they include a special comic program as part of that which is also a great thing to get autographed.

Sometimes they even have small promotional posters or postcards they give out to anyone in line.

So, one way or the other, you're covered.

In 2010 they had a nicely sized autograph sheet at the Club Store booth for $5, featuring characters related to the guests. I'm not sure if they do this every year, but I do remember seeing a picture of something similar from another year, only they were more like trading cards (if I recall correctly).

Just check out the Club Store at Botcon and ask if they have something specifically for collecting autographs. But be sure to have something else ready for backup in case they don't. Good luck!

Below is the 2010 sheet, although the actual sheet was slightly different, and was missing Sunstreaker. I had it autographed by all of the special guests, and it looks fantastic. Apparently not many people knew about this. I didn't see anyone else with one, and even Scott McNeil hadn't seen one yet. He liked it and asked where I got it.
