hi i have provided links for you as source

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Transformers_TV_series

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cubix

i intend to prove 1nce and for all 2 the transformer community that cubix was the original transformers

it was bought by 4kids in 2001 but it is of korean origin originally and it has been a popular chidrens story in korea since the 1950s

as you can see, transformers was invented in the early 90s - where did they get the idea of giant robots from?

thats right folks, it has ripped off cubix

it make me angry, but thats why i have to educate u guys

So, let me get this straight. Back in the 1950's, in Korea, the people were telling all their children about robots that turn into different things?

And actually, the idea of giant robots, doesn't come from Cubix, but from other things, such as Gigantor, Gundam, and the plethora of other giant-robot stuff in Japan.

Also, Transformers was created in the mid-80's, not 90's. When Hasbro licensed the Diaclone line from Takara in 84, then boom, Transformers.

But it doesn't matter, Transformers is still 100% more entertaining than Cubix.

Um... The idea for giant robots has exsisted long before Cubix even if you wanna get really technical about it.

The difference is these are giant TRANSFORMING robots. Cubix, the title character, was the ONLY robot on that show to Transform if you can call shifting your blocks around transforming. To add to that the robots in Cubix aren't even giant. Most of them are actully SMALLER than humans.

Cubix and Transformers have absolutly nothing in common.

So let me educate you. Transformers actully WAS a stolen idea but not from Cubix. All of the characters in the G1 Transformers were based off of characters from another toy line in Japan. The toys were repained and renamed. Not all of them were used for Transformers though. The only one I'm really aware of that wasn't reused for Transformers was a Transforming pair of binoculars of course now that the movie line is out we have that too.
