I think you need a special program for that.. something which you can compose music with aswell.

How tech savvy are you? Also, do you already have a source for the sounds?
I MIGHT be able to point you in the right direction, but I need to know if you already have the sounds as files on your computer.

Did you do a Google search? Several results look like what you are looking for.
Sorry I couldn't offer any specific help. Often, Google is how I've found answers to stuff like this.
I used this "Strip sound from a video file" as my entry.

There is a free program called audacity, with it you can open the video file you have and audacity will show the audio track, from there you can isolate the sound and trim it as needed, then save it as an mp3, then you can save as a midi if thats what you need for your phone. I use it all the time to make ringtones for my phone that i'll never buy.

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome! If its possible, if you can get one of the OP voice changer helmets, it has the sound effect on it. Some phones allow you to record sounds and use them as ringers. Just a thought. I got my son the helmet and it rocks. Good luck!

If I remember right what I think you need to do is play the clip in audacity and actually record it with you mic to make a new clip of what you need. I did it once with the "Yattaaaa" from heroes and I aguely remember what you are talking about, I havent ripped from a movie clip in a while.

The audiosparx soundclip was free for me. I did a search thru the yahoo toolbar for 'transformer transformation sound' and several sites popped up in the results. The one for audiosparx was free, they didnt need any info or registration and it was a really fast download. I play it thru musicmatch on my pc, trying to get it on my cell now.
