End of "Key to Vector Sigma"

I just noticed this while going through episodes to choose the material to use in my upcoming tribute video and I'm shocked I never noticed earlier.

At the end of "Key to Vector Sigma", Silverbolt destroys the key and everything should be going back to normal instead of being metallic, but the animation shows the exact opposite. It shows the trees normal and then shows them becoming metallic. Talk about screw-ups.

It is understandable that the animation errors exist in G1 due to it being that the animation was done over in Asia by people who had no knowledge of the show or scripts, but this animation error even contradicts what was happening in the previous animation of the episode.
