has anyone attempted a transformers cosplay at all iam stuck between doing this or envy from fma.

who you be if you did do to the transformers cosplay and how would you do it

i would be ripper snapper from the terrorcons i like a challenge and this would be fun to do lol

Image

ok looking at the pic above this is how i would go about it ( for just now anyway)

for the legs

i would wear a pair of white baggy at the legs trousers so the trousers would be over the feet i would get a pair of old shoes and attached the bottom of the trousers to the shoes

using blue paint id then paint top part of the legs ( not the crotch or waits part ) and paint the top legs acordingly the rest iam not sure about

top parts

whtie top with arms painted blue and blue gloves ( i can get them from my works ) and a decepticon logo on the chest same as above not sure about the rest

the alt modes parts

the only part i can think of is the shark head

i would get a bag and fill with paper so its solid ( and light to carry ) paint it white and build it up acordingly ie making the fin ect

cant wait to see youre ideas and any sugestions please comment thanks in advance :D

I've been tempted to make a Bumblebee or Perceptor cosplay. I haven't thought about the methods much other than using cardboard boxes and miscellaneous objects that could be altered to suit the cosplay.
One of my friends that created a wonderfully crated Luminoth cosplay used cardboard strips to create the basic structure, paper machete to begin making it sturdy and maintain shape, ad I think she used quite a bit of molding clay to bulk it up and ensure stability. It took a good amount of time and money (depending how much molding clay is used and what brand but it worked out pretty well. I would suggest trying out that method. If you want a simpler method you could use varying shapes/sizes of cardboard boxes and manipulate them to suit your needs.
