I'll let the picture speak for it self.

Yeah same guys who did Teen Titans and TheBatman and they look a litte like movie characters, Bumblebee even has his same alt mode from the movie. (yes that weird yellow robot is Bumblebee... unfortunatly)

This thread's worth keeping open...because this could be a discussion about the show itself. The last one was more about the design of the characters.

And this here piece of news from IGN doesn't bode well for us...

Executive Producer Sam Register wrote:"This show is for seven-year-old boys. There are a lot of rabid Transformer fans, and those same fans are on the crew and writing the show. But these Transformers are for seven year olds, for kids. My feeling is that if you're old enough to write a post on a Transformers message board, you're too old for this show. But that doesn't mean those fans won't like it. We got the same sort of reaction when we launched Teen Titans. People were very passionate in how they felt about it. The reality is, give the show a chance, but remember that you have sons and little brothers who are getting introduced to the Transformers for the first time, and this is the best way to do that."

...and that just proved to me that without Universe/Classics 2.0 and the movie line continuing, a lot of fans would be screwed.

NOTE: I forgot to mention one thing (forgive me, it's 6:35 in the morning...) this quote was on Allspark.com's news page. Not trying to steal their thunder or anything like that, I just wanted everyone to be completely clear on this snippet.

nope, BB isnt the same as the movie, a yellow car yes, the camero, no, this was confirmed at the botcon 'panel'.

quite a few people have commented that BB looks just like the movie bot, aside from being yellow and made of car parts there is no way thats the same toy.

The only thing is, this needs to be in the Cartoons and Comics Forum and not in GD.

And there I think you'll find other examples of folks saying things about the animated series...

I'm going to ask for this thread to get locked, simply because it's in GD, and there are so many other similar threads. Just add your thoughts to any of these that exist in the CARTOON and COMICS forum.
