So what if I decided to go insane and drop the $90 for all 6 Beast Wars III drops... who I get everything? Would anything special happen? Or are they just overcharging for you to gamble getting more G1 characters and cores?

You likely would get a couple characters but not everything. I personally wouldn't spend real cash unless you REALLY need to get something or you have zero cash flow concerns about paying for virtual property.

Thank you for your reply!! I REALLY want Blackarachnia (I'm a huge fan, have Venus' autograph tattooed onto my ribs), but I'm not going to dump that sort of money into anything digital, let alone if I'm not guaranteed the character. What a bummer!

Tiers 2-5 just increase your odds of getting the specified characters by a few percentage points. It's a terrible way to gamble away $90. The only drop that guarantees you a character is the Optimus drop.

Blah, that South Park episode was on point then. What is tier 6?

Looks like an increased chance of being able to open all 6 crates in the bridge.

Also, the Spinister campaign is now live, if anybody didn't notice. It brought some changes from the last time: Easy is now only one battle instead of 3, Medium is 2 instead of 4, and Hard is 3 instead of 5. Also, a lot of characters have had their stats adjusted in what I assume is an attempt to rebalance the game. Lastly, the home screen has changed, so that's neat.

Important to ote: the Dinobots are in their original G1 bodies, and not either a new chassis, or the AOE body, or in Grimlock's case, his RID15 form

So no new spoilers. :(

I understand them changing Slag's name, since 'slag' has evolved into a foul word in some parts of the world. But why change Sludge to Slog?

A month ago he would have been a godsend to me. Now I have an all Super Rare team and I'll pick up Spinister, an Elite Rare, in a few weeks from the daily campaigns. Poor Slog is a measly Rare who can't keep up with my team of event reward bots. The power creep is strong in this game.

I actually laughed at that. Thank you.

Maybe they lost the "Sludge" name.

I wonder if there's a chance of a Generations Armada Megatron repaint into Galvatron. This might be just a thing for the game if there are 6 different ones to unlock, but I wouldn't be too surprised at a repaint.

Maybe for an exclusive somewhere but I can't see them doing it for mass retail seeing as how much Armada Megaron has been shelfwarming.

And this game uses the design of the original 2003 toy instead of the CW Leader toy.

Funnily enough at my local Wal-Mart I saw 2 G1 Megs and no Armada Megs a few days ago. They're definitely selling, just not at an equal rate.

So I stopped playing this about a month after it came out...I got sick and tired of getting stressed out every time the game matched me with someone who had bought all their characters because we has a similar pvp score. Is that still going on?
