Pfft I can go one better, Argos in the UK and Ireland put Halo 3 out on sale for a few hours today until someone realised that it isn't supposed to be out until next Wednesday here, I'm just pissed that I didn't hear this until after they stopped selling it as there are 2 Argos stores within a 5 minute walk from my college.

I have no qualms on waiting in line, especially since I'll be at an all night Halo 3 release party afterwards.

I just need to make sure I show up about an hour before hand.

Either way, we end up waiting for Halo 3. This sucks. I need this game.

seems a bit harsh banning your live account if you play it early though, its not your fault if argos sold it to you.

Two people got banned from live for 7000 years for gaining illicit access to the Halo 3 epsilon build, now that is harsh.

Anyway all you have to do is unplug you xbox from your router or remove the wireless adapter until the game is officially released, its not like there will be anyone to play over live yet anyway.
