yes, but it ain't happening. Jump! Superstars is the closest thing we'll have.

If it's done in 2d (like New Super Mario Bros) style, it might be interesting. But I don't think it would be that great on the DS.

Actually, is 3d-side style like New Super Mario bros, then it'd be quite possible.


No doubt it'd make brilliant use of the DS's wifi capabilities, and sell out damn quick.

there was talk awhile back about smb comeing to the DS and it being able top hook up with the Wii version....now i dont know if this is true but i frickin hope so. that would be so kewl.

If nintendo can make mario kart, mario party, and mario bros for DS, then they can make super smash bros easily.

Why not just port the 64 ver. and add some enhancements?

here's the controls

d pad- walk, double tap for run
a & b for attacks
x for jump, or up arrow
L for block
R for throw

not much else is needed...
