This sounds too good to be true...

So I've decided to get a Xbox 360. I was looking around eBay just to see what I would find and came across a 360 Pro Package that has not been bid on yet and the auction ends in less than 24 hours. Starting bid is 0.99 USD and shipping is 29.95 USD. The seller is Blue Bay Electronics. So does this sound legit? Should I go for it?

EDIT: Here's the link to it:

While it DOES sound good, it's probably a scam. I wouldn't trust it. But that's just me.

There is probably a reserve bid price of like $300 or something like that.

Doesn't it normally say "Reserve not met" somewhere if that is the case?

Yeh, I agree with Shadpwman, this just screams scam, and I pay that the whole "One Month of Xbox Live Silver Free" is a typo, since Silver is always free. But yeh, I wouldent trust it, aside from the fact I dont trust refurbished stuff, this just doesnt seem right to me.

It wouldn't give the "Reserve not met" if there isn't any bids. At least I don't think it does.

I've seen some items where it'll say that even if there aren't any bids. I dunno, I don't think I'll go for it.

People. Read the auction. It's a refurbished system. That and it was a 24 hour auction. Hence why there were so few bids. By the time it finishes you'll see it be on par with a new system.

And do you really want a used and refurbished system with no warranty?

Well, the ending bid was $306.01, and it was won by someone with zero feedback, who just joined ebay today. hmm... me thinks it's a shill bidder.

This website shows a list of all the people who have been screwed over by Blue Bay Electronics. If you notice, a good majority of them are people who bought Xbox 360's.

Ouch! That's a major burn to have someone go out and create a website about how much you suck. eBay should ban them for life.

And welcome to the boards, bald_tire!
