Darth Vader and Jedi Master Yoda!

http://www.gametrailers.com/player/29535.html

I can't describe how cool that is.

That has to be a joke...its a terrible idea.

I'd much rather have Spawn and Link back :-(

Bad news:

Yoda is 360 Exclusive, Vader is PS3 exclusive.

While I'd much own a 360, I'd also much rather play as Vader. DAMN YOU, NAMCO!!

That's just Unbearably cool! :APPLAUSE:

I do not own a 360 OR a PS3, But I will HAVE to get one just for this game! I was all about the special characters in SCII, and was quite disappointed when SCIII didn't have anyone. Now, I find that this is an ideal place to see these two characters really fight the way we've always wanted to see them; Brutal, furious, at the height of their power. Can't wait!
B-)

They said that they'd include characters in SC4 that made Spawn look like a D-List character...and they came through with their promise.

I'm going against the majority on this one. This is a bad idea. The Star Wars characters do not fit with the Soul Calibur characters. I liked Soul Calibur 2 for the NGC, but I won't be picking this game up. Just not a fan of the fighting genre. But I'd be willing to bet Luke Skywalker is an unlockable character in both games. And I think I know why they put Vader on the PS3 and Yoda on the 360. Because the PS3 and Vader are both black and the XBox and Yoda and both green. :P

Ah I'll be playing Vader then. B-)

but wouldn't it be locical to put Raziel and Kain into one of thease games? Afterall they do have Souls swords.

Impressive, although I'd still rather go back to Link and Spawn. Character exclusives just make owning that version of the game that much more sweet. Of course, I own a Wii so it's a moot point for me.

Kain and Raziel could slaughter Yoda or Vader in a heart beat.

And, they are to cool to be in Soul caliber.

I love SC, but come on, if your that desperate for fans that you have to bring Yoda and Vader in then there is something seriously wrong.

and Vader and Yoda do not make Spawn look anywhere close to a D Lister.

Spawn is infinitely cooler then Vader and Yoda could ever hope to be

Well, lets hope Yoda isn't a little bitch to hit like Ike was in the N64 South Park game. I'll give this one a rental at least, I can't see myself spending $60 on this.

Oh I have never owned on game of this sehreies, but I think it would be awesome to beat the crap out of characters you dislike with a character you love like Vader and Raziel.

I'm still waiting for a game in which I could kill Ironman in so many brutal and bloody ways, with Raziel, Kain, Hulk, Venom, Charnage...... it would be awesome, 60 hors of Ironman killing action!

Oh...did Spawn have a massive franchise worth several billion dollars that spanned the last thirty years?

Yeah, compared to Vader and Yoda, Spawn is a very obscure character.

Maybe, but as a character who's origins are based in ancient magicks and Dark souls, Spawn did tend to fit the bill a bit better than Vader (I'll grant the force fits as magic, but where in medieval Europe would you find a lightsaber?).

I wonder if Namco could start fitting in some of their other Characters. It's a shame Lloyd Irving ended up in such a mediocre SC game (SC legends)

Not really. They're in a different Galaxy altogether. They advanced faster than ours did.

Oh, I did. I'm just anal about people believing that Star Wars is in the future, despite saying at the beginning of every movie that it's neither the future, nor is it even the same galaxy as us.

I'm not a Star Wars fan, but I don't think it'll put me off buying the game or anything. I guess I'll just never bother using Darth Vader.

so like whats next for soul calibur V Megatron and Opitmus Prime? Now THAT would be awesome but only if they use the g1 versions.

I think I'd dig fighting as Vader but Spawn does 0WN

How? Two thirty-foot-tall robots fighting average-sized humans? It would never work.

It COULD work if they get hit by a shrinking ray befor battle giving them the right size unless they fight eachother
