So, as of this posting we have a little over a week until Fable 2 hits shelves in the US.
I've been looking forward to this game ever since I spent many a sleepless night in Fable going around slaughtering Oakvale, buying all the property, becoming completely evil, then heading over to the church and dropping cash to become good again.
Who else is picking up the game?
This game is going to rock. It looks fantastic, and looks to be what Molyneux promised us with the first Fable.

I did enjoy Fable, but always made sure to keep my rep low as there was nothing more annoying than walking around a world where every single person on the planet was obsessed with how awesome you were.

I really really REALLY would like to play Fable II. Sadly... unless there is a PC version of Fable II it will be a joy I will not get to know... again. I'll just keep praying for a PC version to show up when XBox sales dry out.

Here's hoping for a PC version too.
My style was more benevolant, keeping towards the middle road more than being evil or good. Of course, my style was to wear the black assassin's garb with a pimp hat, so I was a do-gooder countered by evil clothes and high sex appeal. Sigh... if only.

I believe me and Tweezy referred to that as Ninja Pimp.
I'll also wait for a PC version, unless a 360 should come into my possession.
I was a good guy, by the way. But whn I was a bad guy, I took on the name Professor Chaos, from South Park.

I typically always start out as a good guy, but after that it's fun to explore the wild catharticism of being evil... or should I say... EEEEVIL
EDIT: -I'm getting it tonight with my roommate and a friend, and I'm skipping class tommorrow to play it. It's gonna be fun on a bun!

Picked up Fable 2 today, and I gotta say, it is fairly awesome.
Got Hal's Sword and Hal's armor. Changed my name to Master Chief. Bought a house, gonna buy a shop.
Now I'm going to have as much unprotected sex as possible and fill Bowerstone with an army of little Chief's.

I may not be much of a Microsoft fan but I did have an original Xbox, and i did own fable at one point. It was an awesome game, though there was a lot more to do messing around than there was in actual gametime. I think they said you can go straight through all the missions in 15 hours or so. It was a pretty cool concept though. Legend of Zelda meets Grand Theft Auto. Also one of the best looking original xbox games!
I hear that fable 2 is supposed to be more like what fable 1 was supposed to be. I'd really like to check it out. Hopefully they'll make a PC version.

they probably will make a PC version, and one can only hope that it'll come without the blight that is SecuROM.

God I want the limited edition so bad. I must have the Chief's gear.
Man, I hope it is as good as it is hyped. I loved the first Fable, and unlike most everyone else, didn't pay any attention to the hype prior to release, so I wasn't disapointed. Not the case this time.
