Can some give me some advice on how to get tech support from

Here's the problem my Xbox 360 isn't reading any discs either for games or DVDs. My guess it's either that the lens needs cleaning (and I don't have a lens cleaner) or the lens needs to be replaced.
I called tech support and got that stupid automated service that didn't help me and I can't find anything on xbox.com to help either.
So can anyone give a proper link or tell me how to get through to live person in the tech support.

With the voice dealy, if you wait, it should say something like "to speak a support representative, say SUPPORT. That's how it was a few years back. Haven't had to call on anything since then though.

Today I was on the phone with Microsoft and to talk to an agent I had to say "Agent" and they put me through.

So did you actually get help or did they try to screw you? Heres some advice, if they give you some BS answer or just get on your nerves ask to speak to their manager. They actually try and help.
