What, if any, are the pre order goodies for the game at various retail outlets? I haven't had any luck Googling this info. Also, is there a limited edition being made available too?

gamestop has keychain containing a GameStop Exclusive download of Gold Optimus Prime and Megatron character skins. Internet connection required to redeem code. Available for online and in-store customers, while supplies last.

With the fast approaching release of Transformers Revenge of the Fallen the Game, alot of Seibertron.com members are wondering what benefit is there to pre ordering the single to multi player game from many of the online retailers offering it.

While most of the bonus details have been kept secret, we've learned that to stores, one in the UK and one in the US, will be offering a free online download of multi player exclusive characters.

Optimus Prime and Megatron will be available in a gold paint scheme as part of the pre order bonuses held at Game.co.uk and Gamestop.com

More details on other bonuses as they become available.

The gold skins are cheat codes theres no downloading so its avalible to every one. up,down,left,left,right,down for prime & down,up,right,right,left,up for Megatron. You enter these in the "cheat code" section. Your welcome.

EDIT: Also at gamestop (if you were lucky and fast enough to preorder) you got a voucher to see the movie for free but that was while supplies last.

Smyths Toys are giving away a free deluxe figure(appears to be Universe Sunstreaker but is unspecified at this time) in the Uk and Ireland when you pre-order and buy the game.

surprised they didnt do a whole collector's edition with this one like the first.

Perhaps the Collector's Edition didn't sell as well as they thought it would, or they couldn't fund another edition properly. Perhaps we'll see much more downloadable content this time around considering we now have multi-player.

Gettin' it for the 360, just like the first game (of which I have the Collector's Edition discs in the transforming Megatron DVD case, and the included comic in the FYE Exclusive Decepticon metal DVD case).

I know it's cool and all, but when you think like a gamer for just one second you'll realize that being gold--as opposed to colors like gray that blend in really well--makes you an easy target. This would seriously put you at a disadvantage!

I'm not into the idea of gold characters [I have a gold lancer on Gears 2, but that's just pimp!]. I saw ages ago someone in the games forum said some company was giving away a code for red Ironhide as a pre-order exclusive. I'd prefer something like that to be honest.

Damn it! I just tried all day to pre-order this damn game. Every store around me is either not doing pre-orders for it, have sold out or pre-orders, or have no friggin' clue! Why can't I just pre-order the game online?

last night got email from Amazon about Transformers Amazon Pre-Order

Heh, so nothing really worth a damn then. Skins are pretty much unlockables. I have no problem doing the work for them. Ah well, no big deal.

BESTBUY have a Starscream g1 color skins code for preorder in this week ad and in the videogames part of their site

are these codes for g1 colors skins extra stuff not in the game already not sure, but I guess they could be the codes like last game meaning that they are in the game . btw I did not preorder the game getting for sure
