RoTF PC Game issues!

I was able to install it but the problem is that when I try to play the game, the screen goes black and my computer states that the game is unresponding.
I use a Windows Vista 32-bit and I exceed the minimum requirements needed to run the game
Does anyone else have this problem and if so, do you have a solution to it?

P.S- I've tried Uninstalling and Re-installing the game, but it won't even let me UNINSTALL it by saying that there is an error.
