Can anyone answer these ?'s.

Would it quickly load a website like seibertron.com?
Could it work at a Borders bookstore hotspot?
Do I have to pay for service?

As for paying, it really depends on if the provider of the hot spot charges or not.

As for page loading, it depends on the page your trying to load, the speed of the internet connection, how strong the Wi-Fi signal is, and how far you are from the source.
But I wouldn't think Seibs would take that long to load, its not to heavy on images.
