Borderlands 2:
BeastProwl gave me orange weapons, a Conference Call and an Unkempt Harold. He has now been canonized as a Saint. I'd build a golden statue of him, but I don't actually have any gold. So...tinfoil, got lots of that.

We ran some missions together, nothing especially crazy, a couple of missions from the Captain Scarlett and Hammerlock DLCs. It's what I did after he went to bed that's special:

Conference Call + Gaige's Close Enough Skill + A couple hundred stacks of Anarchy = Terramorphus is dead by my hand and my hand alone. Which reminds me, BP, there's a Slayer of Terramorphus class mod for Assassin in my storage, with your name on it.

BP's been running around and giving me stuff as well.

Killed W4R-D3N (or however you spell that damn things name) for my Commando while I was AFK for a couple hours and gave me an orange SMG for my Gunzerker (which when combined with another, corrosive damage SMG and Gunzerking makes robots melt real gud).

Many props to you, good sir. I'll return the favors some day.

Come to think of it, even after giving me that Unkempt Harold, he was still using one himself. Meaning he had two, when most people would be lucky to even see one.

BeatProwl confirmed as wizard.

Borderlands 2:
Tried Terramorphous on TVHM...then hit a snag. The issue isn't that I can't kill him, the issue is that we can't seem to kill each other. He'll he'll fling me over the edge, which restores him to full health and restarts the battle...but at the same time doesn't technically count as a proper death, so I retain all my Anarchy. He's bleeding me on money, but I get stronger each fight.

Then I hit the previously mentioned snag.

See, when he's at about half health, around that time, Deathtrap will despawn, and the Rock-throwing tentacles will pop up. You'd think that's the issue but that's not the issue. The issue is that Terramorphous will retreat...and now resurface. I can pinpoint his location underground by checking where it shakes the most, but he's not coming out, and I have to leave and re-enter the area just to resummon him.

It's frustrating, but can you blame him? When the mission says "You. Will. Die." they weren't talking about me.

Thanks guys! Rally though, Ive been getting assloads of legendaries from friends m on a team with. We also farm together so we get legendaries to drop quite often. All of us have 'chance to drop rare loot" relics, plus theres four of us, and when we get one to drop we dupe it around (OMG CHEATING HURRR) since everyone worked for it. I mean, why fight over it?

Heres the kicker:
Between me, my friends, mr tourgue, and dem relics, I got about 11 legendaries just today, since everyone is so keen on duping their latest finds for everyone and no one fights over loot, Its like a golden gun charity!

Also Shadowman, That happened to Terra after you got UVHM and the patch that goes along with it. Its been happening to everyone, its some coding issue.

Metal Gear Rising-Jetstream

Beat it. Pretty cool, but **** if it aint short! Its like 70 minutes, cutscenes included. I hear the Bladewolf DLC is even shorter.
They should lower the prices on these. 10 bucks for 70 minutes of content, re-used levels and bosses?

Duping isn't actually considered cheating; Gearbox is aware of it and allow people to do it. Considering how rare Legendaries are otherwise, it would be a dick move of them to patch it out...

The weird thing is, it's only on TVHM, and I'm fairly certain he's the same in there as he is in Normal Mode.

Borderlands 2:
Finished the Hammerlock DLC in TVHM. In doing so, managed to find the Infinity! Wow, one of the very, very few Legendary weapons I've found on my own, and also one of the better ones!

Now let's talk about why that's a bad thing.

See, Infinity, no matter the variant, always has a magazine size of 1. As Gaige, if you want to spec into Ordered Chaos, you need to take the skill "Stronger, Lighter, Faster" which increases fire rate, but at the same time, decreases magazine size by 1% per point, up to 5%, or 9% if, like me, you're equipped with the Legendary Mechromancer class mod.

Math lesson: What's 91% of 1?

Answer: Trick question, bullets don't work in partial numbers, so the game rounds down. Meaning on Gaige, even with one point in the above-mentioned skill, the Infinity becomes unusable. This made me cry. Like a little girl.

"Why don't you respec out of Ordered Chaos." Anarchy Forever. That is my response to that.

Right now it's in my Shared Bank, it's going to my next character to hit 50, which at this point is a race between Krieg and Maya. Though it'll probably end up in Maya's hands anyway, since Krieg has a number of skills which favor Shotguns.

Borderlands 2:
Finished the game as Maya, nearing the end as Krieg. Also, I think I might have found a solution to Gaige's Infinity issue I mentioned before; I need a relic that can increase Pistol or Vladof magazine size (Not max capacity, I already tried that and it didn't work) by at least 10%. If any one of you can throw one of those my way, there's a Slayer of Terramorphous class mod in it for you, for the class of your choice.

I'll keep an eye out, but just to let you know, the infinity pistol already is one of the least accurate guns in game, with a very wide wrap-around infinity shaped sort of bullet pattern, it already takes some getting used too. Tack anarchy on top of that, and you'll be lucky to hit much of anything. Just a fair warning. Also, a suggestion. If you ever find a dart pistol, like the slag dart I have, it goes great with anarchy since the shots home in on enemies if you lock on in your sights, so no matter how many stacks you have, the chances of actually connecting with an enemy are heightened greatly.

That's what Close Enough is for. Even if my shots don't connect, 50% of the time, they'll connect anyway. In fact, in the introduction video, I seem to recall Hammerlock suggesting that you take Close Enough if you plan to spec into Anarchy, since they both complement each other; Anarchy greatly reduces accuracy, but Close Enough makes accuracy a non-issue. Close Enough has reduced damage on ricocheted shots, but Anarchy gives a gigantic damage bonus.

Why do you think I kept aiming at the ground?

The ECHO logs are the reason I bought her.

And yeah, if you ever do play more of Gaige, Close Enough and Discord are great at compensating for Anarchy's downsides; Close Enough removes the need for aiming, and with Discord, you won't lose all of your Anarchy after reloading a partially-full mag.

Borderlands 2
Put out an S.O.S on the Gearbox Forums for a few good friends of mine who wanted some specific gear.
Some dude answered like a day later, basically saying "sure, you can have all this ****", friended me on PSN, came into my game, and made it just RAIN oranges EVERYWERE!! I invited my friends in, we had a neat time.
It took us roughly a mule and a friend each to sort through it all though, took a few hours. Guy dropped over 300 guns, at LEAST (NOT including the massive pile of Plasma Casters), all level 50 or above, with a few exceptions.

Anyone looking fo a specific gun? Im sure I have it at this point...

Ok, so there's really no single player progress besides whatever the ranking system means, but I've been on a roll with Genji lately. I'm convinced a this point he is the counter to everything, even after getting nerfed.

Borderlands 2

On the actual singleplayer front, I've successfully beaten the story with the Assassin. Granted I had to exploit the Warrior fight to do it (If you stand in a certain spot he can't hit you at all while you can just stand there and snipe his crit points to your hearts content). Don't have any of the DLC yet though. Really want to get my hands on Krieg.

I've also added Constructors of any sort to the list of things to wipe from this plane of existence.

He's not kidding, he already gave me a Pearlescent.

Mass Effect:
I'm doing that thing I planned on since I got ME3; Eden Prime to the Conduit and everything in between, all in one shot. Femshep, default design, Adept. I saved Liara, now I'm just running around doing side-quests because damn it, I'm hitting level 60 this time!

Not yet. I'm holding off of BL2 for a bit to play through...

Assassin's Creed 3

Been at it for awhile now. Getting close to the middle of the story. Or at least I think so. Three guys out of five are left on the Need To Stab list. Johnson received an arrow to the head. I tried to take the sneaky route for Pitcairn as well but the direct approach wound up being easier.

I try to be stealthy when there's a bonus objective, I really do, but most missions usually devolve into slaughtering Redcoats en masse.

Oh well. Back to Borderlands 2 then.

Mass Effect:
What do you have to do to get to level 60 in this game? I cheated to boost experience gain, (By altering the exp reduction you get from kills in the Mako, so it would be the same as getting a kill on foot) and I still only hit level 56! Do I have to cheat more? Were there a buttload of missions I missed? (And I was extremely thorough)

Well, too late to go back anyway, since I already started:

Mass Effect 2:
Picked up everyone except Legion (For obvious reasons) and did the Loyalty missions for Thane, Garrus, Tali, and Jacob. The Normandy has all the prerequisite upgrades to survive the Omega-4 Relay, but I know better. Also I finished Lair of the Shadow Broker.

Fun fact: Mass Effect: Genesis 2 is godawful; upgrading the Normandy counts as waiting to go through the Omega-4 Relay. Meaning, though Genesis 2, it's impossible to get the best ending, an ending that is hilariously easy to get through normal gameplay. That isn't even a choice from the game! Waiting to go on the Suicide Mission or doing it immediately was, sure, but upgrading the Normandy didn't have any impact on that. Not to mention, it leaves out Loyalty missions (Which, by the way, Tali and Legion's loyalty missions are how you end the Quarian/Geth war peacefully) and DLC missions. (Zaeed, Kasumi, Overlord, Lair of the Shadow Broker, and skipping out on all the benefits of them all)

tl;dr version: The Genesis comics are stupid and you're better off just playing the games.

Been way too long since my last post.

Assassins Creed 3
Game beaten.
reached about 95% just on the side missions. Got dropped into an epilogue and something about 'pivots' with no instructions, got bored and walked away.
Overall, enjoyed the game but more for the design than the story. Connor's story really didn't amount to much other than 'Hi, I'm adventuring near the american revolution and my sole addition to the overarching plot is that I buried a key somewhere.

Kirby Mass Attack
Game Beaten.
Not quite as obsessive compulsive as the last game, but 78% is fine with me. Fun game once you get used to the controls.

Far Cry 3
Rescued 2 friends so far. Not putting as much time into this as I'd like since I'm trying to knock my other games off my list first.

Castlevania:Harmony of Dissonance
So, funny story. This arrived today and I figured I'd spend 5 minutes playing until I found a save point. 45 minutes and 5 character levels later, still looking. Only then did I figure out that the rooms with the dodecahedrons in them were the save points and I'd passed about 4 of them so far. :BANG_HEAD:

Mass Effect 3:
Finished Manae and Omega. On the Multiplayer side of things, my Vanguards are level 20, (I also got a lady Turian as a playable character, so hooray!) and my Soldiers are level 13.

Haven't posted here in a while, but I beat The Last of Us yesterday and honestly... that was the worst ending since Mass Effect 3's. And the whole game is overrated as all hell. There was nothing special about it at all. I could have pulled a story like that out of my ass at any given day. And I've been playing Fuse, a game that's been ripped to shreds by reviewers, and the combat and stealth mechanics are basically identical. And the ending was purely sequel bait. They've got 2 sequels currently planned already. But... whatever. I liked it, but definitely not a 10 out of 10. I'd give it a 6.
