Cool signature moves tho

That sucks, Zygarde was such a letdown, I was hoping for a way to upgrade my Zygardes into the Gurren Lagann form :BANG_HEAD:

On a side note, I always loved d|cking around with zen-mode darmy, but, it really doesn't work very well :(

On a separate note, now that we *know* that the strange souvenir item is linked to the Alola region, what do people think it unlocks? The item says that it is: An ornament depicting a Pokémon that is venerated as a protector in some region far from Kalos. Zygarde is also in the game (with 2-3 new forms) and is also a 'protector' maybe holding the strange souvenier allows zygarde to remain in Gurren Lagann form all the time ]

I suppose by this point I should mention that I am a complete goddamn nerd who has a living dex, every breedable hidden ability and every female dream ball combination possible.

I too have almost every pokemon competitively bred, ~13 boxes worth 8-)

NERDS!

... I have the last stage of everyone + a few of the harder-to-get earlier stages (Porygon2, Munchlax) all organized by number, separated by generation with backgrounds that (kinda) reflect the respective regions. Plus a separate box for all the Unown forms, plus another for Vivillons, plus two boxes for Shinies (one for Legit, one for Hacks).

It was rather annoying organizing EVERYTHING in Y just to find out I didn't own a Plusle, Minun, Volbeat, Illumise, and a couple other of those forgettable 'Mons, despite having their Pokedex entries. I'd never actually use them for anything, but I just HAD to have them for when I need to complete the next Pokedex...

Vikavolt looks awesome, hope his base stats are great (Charjabug is so cute - but he'll also be great in double battles holding eviolite along with his ability)

Dranpa (like what's that, a grandpa dragon?) looks promising

Togedemaru looks so cute :x Has a nice defensive typing, and a great defensive ability

Tapu Koko is so cool, wonder if he'll be a legendary style pokemon, or if he'll be breedable :-? Has an amazing offensive and defensive typing, hoping he'll be specially-based

Ain't it though :x

But it's in the name, so it count's less, plus in my experience, cute = poor stats (in general)

So, my confirmed team for Sun:
Litten
Pikipeck
Vikavolt
Rockruff? (I dunno, I'll have to see some of the other Alola Pokémon)
Mew? (depends on whether glitched Pokémon can be sent to Bank from VC RBGY)

Mine is (as of right now):

Rowlet*
Pikipek*
Vikavolt**
Dranpa**
Lunala
Tapu Koko***
Magearna***

*unless it doesn't look cool once evolved
**unless something else looks cooler

Oh yeah, I forgot about Pikipek.
Also, I'm anticipating that Magearna will be given out at Lv. 50, which would too overleveled for a journey.

If it's an event exclusive, I hope it isn't. It took 3 years to get the gen 6's one's and volcanion hasn't even been announced :BANG_HEAD:

I'm pretty sure it was confirmed to be a Mythical Pokémon (all of which are event exclusives), so it probably will be.

Also, Volcanion was announced in January or February, and is one of the stars of the next movie (which I'm predicting won't be very good) along with Magearna.

Volcanion has actually been released in Japan; and Magearna being a mythical event exclusive would follow similar conventions in past gens.

I know he was announced, but his event to get him hasn't been (at least in the US) and that's all that matters to me; and yes, I did just find that magearna is confirmed to be mythical and therefore likely an event exclusive.

So, I'll temper my expectation that I'll be getting either any time soon >:oP

Hoping Tapu koko isn't a sub-legendary, we didn't get any in X/Y so I'm hoping they continue to stray away from having 8 sub-legendaries and just give us good normal pokemon

I figure it probably is one. Hopefully, if there are sub-legendaries, they won't have too many of them.

Well, the professor has one in the video, so I'm hoping you can just breed them - it's soooo much easier :HEADHURTS:

Well, given that it's stated as the guardian of Melemele, it doesn't seem like it.

Well (if it works the same as in XYORAS), the nature can be guaranteed by using a Pokémon with the ability Synchronize and the nature you want, and all legends have at least 3 perfect IVs.

You're kind of right, synchronize only has a 50% chance of activating for a pokemon, and only in the wild (i.e. does not seem to work when receiving a legendary from mystery gift) but that's what I did for all 18 some legionaries in sapphire

Resetting for legendaries is very painful. I eventually just gave up and had someone edit max IVs onto them.
