There's a very simple reason for them to do this:

Money.

They get more money if you have to buy the console version AND a handheld version. This, my friends, is marketing.

You guys do realise that the DS and the PsP games are different games to each other, and even more different than the PC,shitbox and Sleepstation 3 game.

I'm sure someone will come up with a mod for some online game. Maybe BF2142 or something other than that. Then we'll all have the chance to bomb each other.

The Battlefield TF mod is looking pretty good, actually. There's a TF Quake 2 TC, as well. Also, for UT2004, there's Robostorm.

There are Tf mods for these games?!?! Where can I find them?

Plus, does the Tf Movie Game come for PC? Usually this stuff seems to just end up for consoles only.

Yes, it's supposed to come out for PC.

Just look on the internet. Google. Search for mods for the game you want.

The PSP version has adhoc but if you have a wireless router you can download a program called xlink to play adhoc games over the internet. PSP has death match, Team DM, I guess a capture the flag type (secure the allspark), and a territories type game (asension rites).

Not only that, but I checked the Future Shop flyer this morning: if you buy both the Autobot and the Decepticon DS games, you save like $10. That's marketing for ya.
