Because the stupid library computers have had their wretched nanny card thingies upgraded, I can't get onto the Sims2 official site, so I came here.

When it comes to playing aroudn with graphics and changing colours and creating looks for Sims 2 and most other things, what do people recommend as a good programme? Someone told me Photoshop, but wouldn't that be more for... I dunno, photos?

Hopefully you fellas know what I'm ranting about.

Actually photoshop is a good tool not only for photos, but for editing textures and maps for 3d models as well.
