I think $10 is just a bit too much for 5 characters. We'll see what the Dinobots are going to be when they are released. They'll most likely be $15 as I can see some maps coming with them by that time.

Yep. This is what makes me hopeful that the Dinobots will all be available in MP. Swoop is available in MP.

The Verge has posted some new screenshots and information on the upcoming Transformers: Fall of Cybertron DLC "Dinobot Desctruction Pack". The pack allows players to access Grimlock, Swoop, Slug, and Snarl in multiplayer. This DLC pack will be available on September 11th. The full article can be found by clicking here.

We had looked into putting the Dinobots in multiplayer very early on when we knew they would be in the main game," he said. "We had to make the call halfway through the project that they would not be in the competitive multiplayer.

"They have a different animation system, their rigs are different, and we didn't know how we would fit them into the carefully balanced set of archetypes (cars, trucks, tanks, and planes)," he explained. "They didn't fit any of those classes, and we couldn't make a fifth class and have it be just the Dinobots.

I swear that I have already seen a few dinobots running around on multiplayer.. has anyone else seen that?

Yup, plus the heads are all unlockable by reaching level 25 with it's respective class (I've actually got Jazz's alt mode with Snarl's head ... looks hilarious, I love it!)

I can't wait for this DLC and to see how they balanced the alt modes correctly. Because, for instance, if Grimlock is as slow as he is in game, he's going to get torn to shreds! However if he's as fast as the other Titans, that's gonna look hilarious watching these guys run around ... it should be interesting to see how it's done. (Swoop is the easiest to bring into multiplayer).

Imagine a team full of just Grimlocks, haha. So, I haven't really paid close enough attention: Do any of the customizations change the robot/vehicle speed? Or are they all fixed to the class type (i.e. titan, infiltrator, etc.)? Also, do the vehicles speed up over time? I hear the engine gearing up but I notice no difference in speed. They should work that in if that isn't already there in some minor way.

Now we're just waiting for a price? It's a week away. What's going on? I just want to play a game with nothing but 10 Grimlocks running around. I shall name mine "Robosaurus" in honor of the car crunching T-Rex monster truck sideshow.

I think it'd be cool if they added the shield and sword weapon combo, just to allow more variety here and there. Its fun picking up enemies and stabbing them, and all the other cool crap in dino mode too.

This'll be awesome if Highmoon gets off their ass and fixes multiplayer on PC. Otherwise, meh, I already vowed never to pay for DLC from this company until they atone for their crimes with WFC and completely abandoning their fan bases pleas for patches, glitch fixes, balancing, ect.

Multiplayer on PC seems okay for me. What problems are you having? There is still the occasional mess up in matchmaking, and host migration is tedious and often breaks, returning you to the multiplayer menu.
