This seller is a scammer. I have a case open with paypal that should be resolved today. These pictures are not his and are from a star Saber listing that ended back in January on ebay canada.

Original seller is from Canada. I reached out to the original seller on ebay who told me they sold the item to someone else when I provided them with this user's information. This user stopped responding as soon as he was supposed to ship the item. I opened up a case within a few days of the seller not responding. Normally I'd wait a week or so but after finding the listing on ebay where this user's oddly cropped photos came from, I knew I had been scammed. Sad that people do this.

This is a perfect example of why you should never send money on eBay as a gift. I had this user send me a detailed invoice that spelled out the details about the item and the shipping. If the seller can't provide shipping information, Paypal refunds my money back after a certain time frame.

Nope. In the pm I told him to just post the pics for everyone to see and of course would wait for an ebay link.

Just got my money back from Paypal. They said they have a lot of problems with this user. It's sad that someone these days thinks they can get away with this type of stuff. Please remember to protect yourselves by doing things properly through Paypal. Never send money as a gift to people you don't know.

Goes by Erik Andersen, David Andersen or David Erik Andersen. He even went so far as to provide an image of part of his credit card to calm my concerns after he switched names with me after having me send money to one paypal account, refunding my money, then having me send the money to an alternate paypal account with the David name instead of the Erik name.

Sorry to bring up a dead topic but I came across this information when I just Googled this guy. I made a post on here at the begining of the month looking of a DMY Intimadator kit. A member on here dave12490 PM's me telling me he has it. I send him the money on March 5th and he told me that it won't clear into his account until the 20th BUT if I change how I sent it, it will clear immediately. Naturally I am suspicious of this and am NOT changing anything but I can see that he has limited abilities using Paypal because of how HIS account is set up, not mine. So I wait. He is was very good about communication but when the 20th can around he goes silent. I message him and saw that he was on but no response. I just opened up a dispute using Paypal and decided to Google his name after to see if anything popped up, David Erik Anderson, and I came across this topic. So yeah, this guy is back at it again.

Thank you for doing so and not a problem, I'm more than happy to help. Paypal is still waiting for his reply which I am certain he will never give just to drag it out. Regardless when I get my money back I'll just buy the kit for a bit more off of Acetoys.
