so i ordered MMC's kultur off of tf direct, and there was a weird glitch where he never appeared in my cart, nor did i get an order confirmation, but i was still charged the amount on paypal. i contacted them, and they said yes, i do have it ordered, but english didn't seem to be their first language, and this is my first time ordering from that site. am i going to have problems getting my item in the future?

I can say that TF-Direct has been one of the best places for Transformers I have recently purchased from.

I made my first purchase from them last Monday for the Oversize Warbotron Bruticus. I paid by Paypal and had 3 emails once the order had gone through just stating welcome to the site, order complete and order paid via Paypal. I have heard a lot of great reviews about them. I think you should be safe with them. Maybe message them again and ask for the order number from them. Do you have a login for their site and are you able to view your order history?

Bruticus was shipped from them in China with Free Shipping Thursday morning (UK Time) at around 5:30am and it arrived at my address on Friday Midday - That has to be the fastest shipping I have ever had from China.
