Who wants SG Ratchet? (I just want SG Prime)

I have an interest in SG Optimus Prime from Amazon, however since he comes in that 2-pack, I'm not wanting to pay for SG Ratchet when I have zero interest in him.
Amazon has this 2-pack on sale right now for $59.01, but lists it as only 5 left!
I'm willing to pay $40, which leaves roughly $20 for Ratchet. I would ask that the buyer pay $5 for shipping.
*I'm willing to cover the difference assuming priority makes the shipping cost more than $5.
*If you see this topic after the Amazon sale is over, I would ask that the buyer split the difference of the price increase with me 50/50.
So you know I'm being transparent, I have not done any buying/selling/trading through this forum, but would like this to become an option!
I do have 100% positive feedback on ebay from 178 transactions.
